As the Sales Reporting & Insights Analyst, you will transform sales, customer and market data into actionable insights that enable sales execution and customer retention. You will be responsible for building and maintain sales enablement tools and dashboards that give visibility into churn risk, pipeline health, customer trends and the impact of retention and growth.

Reporting to the Churn Management & Analytics leader, this individual-contributor role will bridge the gap between data and action, empowering sales and GTM teams with timely, meaningful intelligence that drives revenue performance and customer outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-day 

Design, build and maintain dashboards (e.g. Power BI dashboards) and reporting tools e.g. account management dashboardsProduce regular reporting on sales pipelines, conversion, activity levels and retention metrics for segments and leadership forumsExtract, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and identify meaningful trends, patterns, and insightsEnsure data reported is accurately reported and is aligned to how other business units interpret the information (e.g. Finance)Analyse customer behaviour, contract expiry profiles, pricing shifts, on-net/off-net migration to identify churn risk and growth opportunityMonitor performance of retention offers and customer campaigns, measuring adoption, success rates and ROIWork closely with key stakeholders to align metrics, methodologies and reporting standards. This includes communicating analytical outputs derived from technical tools in a clear and accessible way for non‑technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring To This Role 

Several years in commercial analytics, sales operations or customer insights rolesProven experience in building dashboards and data models that support sales decision makingExperience working with and querying large datasets using SQL, with exposure to Python and VBScript/VBA to support analysis and reporting automationExposure to telecommunications or ICT or subscription based B2B environments highly desirableExperience managing multiple data sources (CRM, billing, finance, network)Demonstrated ability to work across the business units and deliver under tight timeframes.
