About the opportunity
This is not your typical Account Manager role. You’ll own and grow a portfolio of key clients in the data centre and critical infrastructure space, driving revenue and long-term partnerships. Working
across the full sales lifecycle, you’ll engage senior stakeholders, uncover opportunities and position Alliance SI as a trusted advisor on high-value projects.
You will

<li>Manage and grow strategic client accounts</li>
<li>Identify and convert new opportunities within existing clients </li>
<li>Lead commercial conversations and contract negotiations </li>
<li>Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes </li>
<li>Build strong relationships with key decision-makers</li>
</ul>
About you
<ul>
<li>Proven Account Manager or B2B sales experience in technical environments </li>
<li>Tertiary or trade-qualified, with a hands-on background (electrical, telecoms or similar) would be highly regarded</li>
<li>Strong ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders </li>
<li>Commercially driven with a track record of winning and growing accounts </li>
<li>Confident managing multiple opportunities in complex sales cycles</li>
<li>Willing to travel interstate to support our clients and customers</li>

Sales Account Manager

 An expanding business are looking for a sharp, driven Sales Account Manager – Internal to run their semi-commercial sales desk – managing inbound enquiries, building pipeline through outbound calls, and growing customer accounts across Australia. This role suits someone who likes being busy and likes winning.

The role 
You’ll be managing enquiries from first contact through to order, delivery and ongoing account support.
Your day will include:

<li>Converting inbound enquiries into new business opportunities</li>
<li>Generating outbound leads within target sectors 
(student accommodation, mining camps, caravan parks, apartments)</li>
<li>Building and managing key accounts</li>
<li>Preparing proposals and solution-based quotations</li>
<li>Managing the full sales cycle from lead to close</li>
<li>Working closely with internal teams to deliver projects smoothly</li>
<li>Maintaining CRM activity, pipeline and forecasts</li>
</ul>
You’re a great fit if you have: 
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or account management
</li>
<li>Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound sales activity
</li>
<li>Strong commercial awareness and consultative sales approach</li>
<li>Confident communicator with strong relationship skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated and able to work independently</li>
<li>Experience selling equipment, facilities, services or technical solutions is highly regarded</li>
