They&nbsp;are currently seeking Personal Care Assistant/s to join their team and provide quality care and support to clients across Metropolitan &amp; Regional Victoria.&nbsp; <h3>Benefits</h3>What’s on offer?•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Permanent Full-time•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Metropolitan and Regional Victoria•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Competitive hourly rates plus superannuation and weekly pay•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Flexible shift allocations&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supportive and collaborative team environment•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Consistent support from our friendly scheduling and care coordination team•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Rewarding work making a real difference in people’s lives <h3>Task & responsibilities</h3>You will be responsible for:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Providing personal care assistance including showering, dressing, grooming, and meal support•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supporting client with mobility, communication, and daily living needs•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participating in implementing and reviewing individualised care plans•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Following behaviour and therapy support plans for clients with dementia or complex needs•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in clients’ health or wellbeing to the care team•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assisting with basic rehabilitation exercises and prescribed treatments under supervision•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Delivering person-centred care in line with Maple Care Solutions Pty Ltd. values and quality standards•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all clients&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Other duties as required by the organisation and role <h3>Qualification & experience</h3>To be successful in this role you will have:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Certificate III in Individual Support and/or Certificate IV in Ageing Support•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum of 12 months experience working in aged care or community care settings•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Willingness to travel distance and be willing to work various hours•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A roadworthy and registered vehicle and hold a current Australian driver’s licence•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A genuine passion for supporting the elderly and individuals with diverse care needs•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong understanding of person-centred care and maintaining clients’ dignity and independence•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The ability to demonstrate empathy with elderly residents•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The ability, and commitment, to uphold high standards of work•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009)•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Current Police Check•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Full Australian working rights and up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
