This is an opportunity for an experienced consultant, project leader or infrastructure professional who combines commercial thinking, client relationship skills and project delivery excellence. You'll play a key role in delivering strategic advisory services, growing client relationships, developing our people and helping drive the continued growth of our business.About the roleAs an Associate Director, you'll lead project teams, manage key client relationships and contribute directly to Investructure's commercial success.You will:<ul><li>Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure advisory engagements</li><li>Act as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders</li><li>Manage medium to large consulting commissions from inception through to completion</li><li>Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget</li><li>Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing and emerging client accounts</li><li>Lead tender submissions, bids and proposals</li><li>Develop and execute client and sector growth strategies</li><li>Mentor and develop</li><li>Contribute to recruitment and talent development initiatives</li><li>Help shape our culture and support our high-performance consulting environment</li></ul>About youYou are a commercially minded consulting professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and supporting clients to achieve successful outcomes.
